Urban Kitchen and Salted Caramel Cafe offer unique and creative catering for special events, private and corporate events, weddings and parties. Chef's Joe and Megan Romano have an extensive background working with culinary mentors in New York and Las Vegas, such as Charlie Trotter, Charlie Palmer, Gray Kunz, Antoine Bouterin to name a few.

Urban Kitchen and Salted Caramel Café are the fusion of Joe and Megan's fine-dining training, what they most enjoy eating at home and the exciting opportunity to cook with seasonal, local ingredients. They happily bring that flare into all of the special events they create.
